VANCOUVER’S NINETEEN DAYS              -陈妍霏

　　Before nineteen days, I left my country , without my parent , without my toies and eyedrop . In the plane , I talked with myself : if I can take care myself , if I can conversation with my host family.’’ I don’t know , but I have to confront .

　　Now , I’m writing this article . I’m worried about my family , I miss my mother . But I grow up . As a girl , I’m not a child anymore . I know how to do the laundry , I can clean the room which I like as my own family . I was not afraid of chat with my host family . Sometimes I enjoyed the time when we spent to talking the schoolday , China , and so on . When I study in school , I made lots of friends whose from other countries . Different culture with different language but we still tried to find somethings which is similar with each other . Remember to speak English when we stayed at five floor , class and whenever .

　　Every morning , although felt sleepy , I still needed make breakfast , made the bed , called my mother I was good . I checked the time when the No.33 bus will come . And taked the Canada line to go to school .

　　Do you know motto about THE TORONTO UNIVERSITY ?It is “ grow like a tree .” Never say “ you can’t ” Why you can’t . Everyone is the best person in their life including me . Do everything by myself that is lonely but this is the way to change me , face to face with the life that is unfamiliar but it is a good experience to know that this is the futuer which I choose .

　　One day I will leave my country , study in a strange city . I will remember this nineteen days . Stood in the gorgeous city , took the sea bus go to North Vancouver , enjoyed the night with lights , crowded train and different people . The whole city like a people who is jump all the day . And day by day , try our best to achieve their dream . Never say never , I’m grow like a tree.
